Burnout Resources
When I first realised I was burned out, or more accurately, first admitted it, I wanted to know how to fix it, how to fix me. But, it was difficult to gather the energy to get through the working day, never mind hunt out resources to help. So, even if my burnout course is not for you, you can still find FREE help on this page.
A word of caution - don't expect to be better overnight. Sometimes less is more - give yourself time to check each resource out.
